We have been working in Huila since 2016. This Huila Reserveprogram encourages farmers to improve the quality of the coffeethey produce through improved farming practices and isrewarded for their efforts with better premiums. All the selectedfarmers in our program deliver their coffees directly to ourcollection warehouse in Huila.

The coffees are then carefullyassessed to ensure they fulfill all the requirements in terms ofgrading and quality. Every lot is cupped separately and then areblended depending on the characteristics of each one. Oncecoffees are approved by our quality control team, farmers arepaid the next day for their coffees. This lot is composed bysmallholders from Isnos, Pitalito, Acevedo, Iquira, Palermo, LaPlata, Oporapa and La Argentina, Huila. The average size farmis 2 hectares
